Marcello Pacheco

Mr. Pacheco is currently a junior designer at NV/design.architecture, having worked at the firm for over two and a half years. While completing his Bachelors of Architecture, he worked with Yoshihara McKee for over two years on a 100,000+ sq. ft. multiple sclerosis clinic and stem-cell research center, among several other concurrent projects including a pro-bono feasibility study and proposal for an East Side (Manhattan) Bike Path Greenway, aimed at completing the island’s last missing bike path link in Midtown. Since joining ZH Architects, Marcello has worked on a wide range of residential projects, ranging from high-end gut and duplex renovations to a 10-story condominium currently under construction. He has implemented B.I.M. modeling into the design of this 10-story building, allowing for maximum efficiency within the office’s design process, while maintaining ZH Architects’ acute interest in details. Marcello is also knowledgeable in the design and development of exterior envelope construction and restoration details.
