The newly completed Beef Bar New York, located at 105 Hudson Street, represents a masterful collaboration between Humbert & Poyet, the visionary designers, and GSA, who assisted with the interior and the historic exterior design. The space reflects a refined aesthetic where contemporary luxury meets functionality, enhancing the dining experience with its carefully curated materials and finishes. Humbert & Poyet’s design vision is brought to life through the use of textured stone, warm wood accents, and sleek metallic elements, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. The seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces strengthens the connection to the vibrant urban context, offering guests a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
